在前些日子，我們在臉書粉絲團發了一組梗圖，來突顯我們這塊特製的魔術方塊專用公式墊的特色：

答案是不行，WCA規定不能把印有解法的物品帶到比賽賽場上，即使墊子上印的跟解法沒有直接關聯，但上面滿滿的魔術方塊圖型，甚至還寫了跟一些解法有關的縮寫，為避免可能的爭議，最好是都不要出現。
先前優衣酷Uniqlo推出過魔術方塊Tshirt，也引發一些討論，能不能穿去比賽？ 後來也是決定都不要穿比較好，理由同上。
不能用在比賽賽場上，但可以在家裡盡情使用。有玩家表示想知道上面的各種圖示含義，那我們就來一個個介紹吧。以下的英文原文大多來自維基百科，加上簡單修飾而已。
The first two layers (F2L) of the Rubik's Cube are solved simultaneously rather than individually, reducing the solve time considerably. In the second step of the Fridrich method we solve the four white corner pieces and the middle layer edges attached to them.

由Anthony Brooks和菲神共同發表的縮減步驟做法，在第一層且所有邊塊方向都好的情況下，同時把前兩層跟頂層角塊的方向一起處理好的一套公式，共有27種排列型。
Short for Valk Last Slot, is a subset of OLS. The VLS substep solves the last F2L pair, if the edge and corner are already paired in the last layer and can be inserted using [U]RU'R', and also skips OLL which is the third step used in the widely popular CFOP method. 由大神Mats Valk發表，同一時期另一大神Rowe Hessler也發表了一樣的概念，所以除了叫VLS，也有另一稱呼為VRLS，講的其實就是同一概念：利用最後一組組好的F2L，搭配一連串操作來"強制跳O"的做法，共有432種排列。根據頂層邊角排列共分為八大類別，是一套很強大的公式系統。也有人真的把432道公式都背完，不管是發表者還是完全背完者，都是神級玩家的等級。這邊有操作實例
ZBLL is a step of a method which involves solving the entire last layer in one step.
在頂層十字已做好的情況下，一個步驟處理好角塊翻轉及頂層PLL的做法，共有493道公式。
1 Look Last Layer means completing the last layer using only one look. On the 3x3x3, currently ZBLL is the only known practical system for achieving a 1-look last layer, but other experimental approaches such as 1-look 2-alg (such as M-CELL) may have potential.
